Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@leadlaunchit.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: 308 3rd Ave W, Durand, WI 54736.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
The following items can't be returned: sale items, gift cards, opened or used beauty and personal care products, perishable goods, and custom or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Local pickup orders
Orders placed for local pickup must be collected during store hours after you receive your pickup notification. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@leadlaunchit.com.
