Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it β unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@leadlaunchit.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: 308 3rd Ave W, Durand, WI 54736.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, opened or used beauty or personal care products, perishable goods, and custom or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Local Pickup Orders Orders placed for local pickup must be collected during store hours after receiving your pickup notification. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@leadlaunchit.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
